Our commitment to a site everyone can use.
Simple Plumbing Inc wants every customer to be able to use this website, book service and reach us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control or enlarged text. Last updated October 14, 2026.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California law.
What we have done
- An accessibility toolbar on every page lets you enlarge text and switch to a high-contrast view. Look for the accessibility icon.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Headings, labels, link text and button names are written to be read by screen readers, and images have text descriptions.
- Text and background colors are chosen for strong contrast, and text can be resized in your browser.
- Forms show clear labels and error messages, and nothing on the site flashes or moves on its own.
- The site works on phones, tablets and desktop computers, in portrait and landscape.
