Booking requests

A booking request on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the time by phone or text. If we cannot reach you, we will try again and leave a message. You can cancel or change a request at any time by calling or texting 909-295-0749.

Estimates and pricing

You get the price before work starts, and work begins only after you approve it. If we find more work is needed once we open things up, we stop and explain your options before continuing. Offers and discounts are subject to the terms shown with each offer and cannot be combined unless stated. To confirm: service-call fee, payment methods, and when payment is due

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate contact and address information, make the work area reasonably accessible, and let us know about anything we should be aware of at the property, such as pets, gate codes or known hazards.

Guarantee

Our labor guarantee is described on the Guarantee page. It covers our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, other contractors, new problems in a different part of the system, or conditions outside the repair.

Permits and code

Where a permit is required, we pull it and the work is done to code. Permit fees are shown in your price.
